• Return Window: If your item isn't a perfect match, we offer Store Credit or Exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Final Sale: For hygiene and sustainability reasons, earrings, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Damages: If a treasure arrives broken, please email a photo to cozyplumstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can help you!
